GUARANI TRIBE IN NITEROI
Preserve a Millenarian Culture has being a tuff mission due to the
pressure of real estate!
Those Indians just want to leave in harmony with the elements of
the nature…preserving their culture, their roots, their homes,
their religion, their traditions, their language and always respecting
the seasons and the land….
Besides the Guarani Indians tribe, at the Camboinhas Village,
is installed in a not occupied area and a place of archaeological
importance of “sambaquis”, indigenous cemeteries!
Since Brazilian law recognizes the Indians their social organization,
customs, languages, rules and traditions, the original rights from the
land that traditionally occupy, we should support their rescue in
Camboinha district, in the oceanic Niteroi region.
The tour
Crossing the Rio Niteroi Bridge, we’ll have a chance to admire the
Guanabara Bay and Rio de Janeiro view in a particular angle.
This trip includes a very large architectural and social contrast in
the only one Brazilian city, founded on November 22, 1573, by an Indian:
Araribóia, baptized with the Christian name of Martim Afonso.
This is an alternative tourism with the MAC, Contemporaneous Art Museum,
with the most modern in architecture and breathless, the preserved
nature at Camboinhas beach, also much appreciated by leisure and tourism,
enchant with the smooth and clean waters.
Once we rich a Lake, with the same name and close by, we’ll be welcome
by the Guarani tribe that will exhibit their crafts, their lives,
their customs, their music…..
Seeking the support of society for its preservation!
